It’s Friday — you’ve made it! Unwind after a long workweek with a Dry Rye Manhattan…

I’ve teamed up with Canadian Club® to showcase another way I drink the Chairman’s Select™100% Rye (see earlier post, here) and it happens to be a favourite – the Dry Rye Manhattan. Made with Canadian Club (CC) 100% Rye Whisky, sweet vermouth, and bitters, it’s the perfect way to unwind after a long workweek. CC 100% Rye is aged in charred white oak barrels, which create a rich auburn colour and a complex, smooth flavour. The character and spiciness elevates the traditional Manhattan to perfection.

Steph and I love to entertain and with the holidays right around the corner, we’ll be hosting our friends and family over the coming weekends. We like preparing a signature cocktail for all our guests when we host and as the bartender, I’ll be serving up these babies. Knowing our guests love their whisky, it’s the perfect way to break the ice and enjoy a great night of drinks, food, and conversation.
